What You'll Do

- Plan effectively around delivery constraints and optimise the plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk
- Proactively monitor project execution to identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project life cycle
- Collaborate and build positive stakeholder relationships providing regular updates
- Analyse management reports, deriving insights from it to drive the right business decisions
- Manage Change Adoption to ensure the change lands well and sticks, contributing to benefits realisation

- Project management skills with experience of managing large and complex projects
- Experience in Change Adoption processes - Plan and implement change intervention
