  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

In line with our rapid expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as a Store Manager.

You will be mainly responsible for motivate our team to bring the best experience for our value customers, organizing and evaluate our products quality and services.

Who are we looking for?

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of outlet, including supervising the staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Prepare drinks according to SOP
  • Train and mentor staff and support staff, to ensure a high level of customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to develop and execute strategies for long-term growth and success, and to ensure alignment with overall company objectives and values.

What do we need from you?

· Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Food & Service Management

· Effective time management and problem-solving skills when making decisions

· Willing and ready to listen and learn from others

· Good interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of the crew. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking. It will have advantage if know Mandarin speaking

· Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

· It will be advantage if you able to travel or relocate to our different outlet
