Role Description
This is a Human Resources Intern role located on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As a Human Resources Intern at Koppiku, you will be involved in HR management, recruitment, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management tasks to support the HR team in various initiatives and projects.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative on projects. We are seeking someone who is results-oriented and eager to contribute to the success of the HR department. This role offers a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about HR, ready to learn, and has a strong desire to make a positive impact within the organisation. Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree or recent Graduate in Human Resources Management or related field
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Great at multi-tasking and managing work independently
- Passionate about people and culture and striving to grow themselves
- 6 months (min 3 months)
