You are the face and voice of our Top Priority Customers in matters concerning service delivery, assurance and improvement. We take pride of keeping our customers happy at all times.
The Work Life:
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the needs of the customers are met.
- Keep customers informed in a timely fashion - you call them more than they call you.
- Visit your customers. A LOT!
- Organise service reviews and improvement meetings with customers, and handle ad-hoc requests that go your way.
All You Need:
- A first Technical Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or Engineering, with experience in implementing communications infrastructure or customer management.
- Preferably ITIL Certified and able to converse in Mandarin.
- Self-driven personality with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong communicator and champion multitasker - you work best under pressure and can meet deadlines with ease.
- Some network knowledge such as IPLC, IPVPN etc will be added advantage.
