Role Description
• Review the deliverables of payroll documents and ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll data including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay data and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations and best practices.
• Facilitates payroll-related audits in providing records and documentation to statutory bodies.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity in payroll systems.
• Administer employee claims such as medical, SOCSO, and more to ensure it compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of employee benefits and entitlements.
• Support in insurance benefits administration such as follow up monthly endorsement and coordinating with insurer on employees’ claim.
• Consolidate and provide recurring and ad-hoc HR data analysis and reports.
• Works closely with clients and liaises with various government agencies such as Inland Revenue, EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, and more.
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor in Human Resource/ Business Administration/ Psychology or any related field.
• Fresh graduates may also apply.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing is an advantage.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin.
• Possess good time management and organizational skills.
• Diligent, responsibility and attention to detail are key with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiar with any HRIS software.
