Role Overview
The Learning Content Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that high-quality learning materials are successfully transferred, organized, and delivered across our digital learning platforms. This role acts as the bridge between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), content developers, and the platform team to ensure seamless content implementation and learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to receive finalized content and ensure it aligns with platform requirements.
  • Format, upload, and organize learning content (e.g., text, multimedia, assessments) on the designated platform.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, complete, and adheres to instructional design and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any content-related issues on the platform.
  • Manage version control for content updates and maintain a structured repository of learning materials.
  • Monitor and test content functionality to ensure a seamless learner experience.
  • Provide support to stakeholders on content-related queries and platform navigation.
  • Contribute to process improvements for content migration and platform utilization.
  • Maintain clear documentation of content workflows, guidelines, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in coordinating or managing digital content, preferably in eLearning or online education.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management tools (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, OpenLearning).
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles and multimedia formatting.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic image or video editing software (a plus).
