- DAILY
- QC Daily checklist (prepare, collect, check, key-in)
- Monitor retain samples collection
- Prepare finished product sensory
- Conduct moisture analysis
- Monthly
- Conduct physical and sensory test for Coffee Brown
- Production humidity and temperature checklist (prepare, key-in)
- Ad-hoc
- Prepare consumer/customer feedback sensory test
- Prepare COA
- Prepare QA/QC Handbook
- Data collection/project
- Miscellaneous
Assist in ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 2200, MesTi halal activities/ audit
Assist in any related matter assigned by QA/QC team members.
- Job Requirement
- Candidate must currently pursue at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with relationship building skills
- High performing team-player, able to function both independently and collaboratively
- Self-starter who has an appetite for learning and is driven to excel and grow
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum internship duration of 3 months
