  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We experiment with Mobile Applications on SMS, MMS, USSD, WAP and similar platforms. We are looking for individuals with a passion for public relation and the Internet that are creative thinkers.

Job Descriptions

  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide technical support to end-users via email, phone, or in-person.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Monitor system performance and network connectivity to ensure uptime.
  • Assist in routine checks on servers, switches, and other network devices.
  • Report and document system outages or irregularities.
  • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and IT hardware.
  • Assist in updating firmware, software, and operating systems.
  • Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery processes are operational.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including user manuals, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Assist in preparing reports on system performance, incidents, and inventory.
  • Document IT processes and procedures for standardization.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Network Security or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Intern require to come to office everyday
  • Duration of 4 to 6 months.
  • CGPA: 3.0 and above
