1. Responsible for writing various documents related to business management and strategic research analysis.
2. Responsible for important meeting records, collecting work plans and summaries from various departments.
3. Responsible for conveying, implementing, inspecting, supervising, and following up on leadership decisions.
4. Organize and coordinate reception matters, including preparation and record-keeping for meetings and visitors.
5. Responsible for the scheduling of the leader's agenda and other tasks arranged by the CEO.
6. Assist the leader in preparing various reports and work plans.
7. Good at communication and coordination between departments.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, priority given to candidate who has experience as an executive secretary in the real estate industry.
2. Elegant and dignified demean or, good communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and proficient driving skills.
3. Skilled in using common office software.
4. Strong language expression, communication, and coordination abilities.
