Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Protege Administrative Assistant. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in office administration, organizational operations, and project coordination while developing professional skills in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and reports.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Data Management:
- Input and update data in spreadsheets and company databases.
- Generate regular reports as requested by the management team.
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for staff when necessary.
- Project Assistance:
- Provide support for ongoing projects and departmental initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Other Duties:
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
