Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Protege Administrative Assistant. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in office administration, organizational operations, and project coordination while developing professional skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and organize office records, documents, and reports.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  • Data Management:
  • Input and update data in spreadsheets and company databases.
  • Generate regular reports as requested by the management team.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for staff when necessary.
  • Project Assistance:
  • Provide support for ongoing projects and departmental initiatives.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Other Duties:
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
