Position: Admin Executive
Location: Sleeping Lion Suites, Bukit Bintang
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as maintaining records, handling correspondence, and filing
- Coordinate arrangements, meetings and / or conferences as assigned
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and memos
- Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence
- Operate and maintain office equipment
- Provide administrative support to various departments as require
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
