Job Description:

We are looking for highly qualified individuals to join our team as Teammates. You will play a critical role in providing world-class service to our clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond via email or live chat.
  • Filter website content, perform data and research tasks, and provide basic troubleshooting.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating priority issues as needed.
  • Document interactions following standard procedures and adhere to Quality Guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed KPI targets while maintaining Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience.
  • Keep all login credentials confidential and participate in required training.
  • Comply with company policies and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM/Diploma/Degree.
  • Malaysians that can speak in Mandarin
  • Must be able to type in Traditional Mandarin
  • Must commit to 4 months contract
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Additional Information:

  • 1 month salary equivalent of bonus will be given if completes all 4 months contract period.

  • To support Taiwan Market

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
