Job Description:
We are looking for highly qualified individuals to join our team as Teammates. You will play a critical role in providing world-class service to our clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond via email or live chat.
- Filter website content, perform data and research tasks, and provide basic troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating priority issues as needed.
- Document interactions following standard procedures and adhere to Quality Guidelines.
- Meet and exceed KPI targets while maintaining Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience.
- Keep all login credentials confidential and participate in required training.
- Comply with company policies and provide feedback for improvement.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM/Diploma/Degree.
- Malaysians that can speak in Mandarin
- Must be able to type in Traditional Mandarin
- Must commit to 4 months contract
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Additional Information:
- 1 month salary equivalent of bonus will be given if completes all 4 months contract period.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
