Job Functions

  • Resolve customer complaints & enquiries via phone, email, mail or social media with appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests with accuracy.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Diploma and above with minimum 1-year experience handling inbound call / customer service.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Possess excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
