Job Functions
- Resolve customer complaints & enquiries via phone, email, mail or social media with appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests with accuracy.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Diploma and above with minimum 1-year experience handling inbound call / customer service.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Possess excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
