We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Sales Assistant and Administrative Specialist to join our specialized golf shop. You'll be a key member of our team, providing personalized equipment solutions and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist with shop operations and perform sales activities.
- Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory, place orders, receive orders, and communicate with customers via phone or messenger.
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Be prepared to discuss product details with customers.
- Responding to customer questions, and comments on the company's social media platforms.
- To perform any other tasks and duties assigned from time to time.
- Training will be provide.
Requirements
- Good work attitude with sense of responsibility & willing to learn.
- Knowledge of PC general software eg Microsoft Office
- Able to work on Saturday & Public Holidays.
- Minimum SPM (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
