BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN ACCOUNTS
- Record keeping: Keeping track of financial transactions, recording cash transactions, and filing invoices and statements
- Financial reporting: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Bank reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions
- Communication: Answering questions about bills, following up on money owed, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and third parties
- Administrative support: Maintaining daily worksheets and general ledger systems, and providing administrative support to the accounting department and management team
- Data entry: Entering data and processing expense requests
- Reconciling accounts: Reconciling accounts and ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct
- Updating documentation: Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
