Overview of Job
Assist the Building Manager / Executive to provide customer service and to provide general administrative function with the main objective of meeting customers’ expectation.
Duties of Administrative and Accounts Assistant
1. To provide good customer service to meet customers’ expectation with regards to complaints.
· To ensure that all complaints received (verbally or written) are properly documented and work order generated upon receipt of complaints.
· Ensure that all complaints received are attended to within the same day.
2. To ensure that all billings is sent out to the respective owners within the stipulated time schedule.
· Ensure timely generation of monthly Billing and Statement to be sent to respective owners.
· Ensure timely generation “Reminder” to all defaulters.
· Collection of payment, issue and print official receipts for all payment received.
· To ensure that all collection made are properly recorded and allocated into the respective owner account.
· To provide monthly list of defaulters to the Property Executive for his further actions.
3. To carry out administrative duties
· To provide secretarial function to the Building Manager /Executive.
· To maintain a proper filing system.
4. Assist the management on the implementation of the House Rules to ensure compliance by all residents and visitors.
· Understand and implement all House Rules, policies and standing order issued.
· To manage and document all issuance of car park stickers and access card.
· To ensure proper management and documentation for the booking of facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
