Account Executive

We're seeking an Account Executive to join our team and support our financial operations. If you have a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including GL, AR, AP, and Bank Reconciliation independently.
• Prepare and review monthly and yearly financial statement, management report in timely manner (includes balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow statement, AR, and AP aging report).
• Responsible for preparation of taxation computation for tax revision.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statement.
• Ensure proper keeping, recording and filing of all accounting transaction for audit by auditor, tax agent.
• Ensure compliances with Accounting Standards and statutory reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and relevant authorities.
• Handling Human Resources matters including payroll preparation, staff claims, process statutory payment, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, EA form, form E submission and else.
• Handle HRD Corp claim / grant submissions via e-Tris System.
• Ensure statutory submission are submitted before due date.
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required by Management.

Requirements

• SPM, LCCI Higher, Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Able to manage a Full Set Account.
• Experience in using accounting software (SQL, UBS or Autocount).
• Responsible, positive attitude, mature and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Able to work at Ara Damansara, PJ, Selangor.
