1. Liaise with local authorities regarding all statutory regulations and labor-related matters.
2. Manage government requests, including providing the required information and appearing at government offices.
3. Prepare and process payroll accurately for staff, including statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and HRDF.
4. Handle attendance report, leave overtime, allowances, and other compensation-related details.
5. Support the implementation of HR policies and maintain accurate documentation.
6. Update the company's policies and procedures to comply with current employment law.
7. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
8. Responsible to coordinate with all employee's related issues such as discipline.
9. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances fairly and impartially.
10. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
ACADEMIC, SKILL & EXPERIENCE :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field.
2. Min. 4 years of working experience in HR field and able to perform all spectrum of HR functions.
3. Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and relevant statutory Act.
4. Ability to work independly without much supervision.
5. Possess own transport.
6. Must able to speak and write in mandarin.
7. Based in Bukit Minyak, Penang.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
