Accounts Specialist (6-month fixed terms contract)

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure timely month-end closing for AR function (ROPL & RAP B2B)
• Ensure inter-company with MOLG & Razer group posting is reconciled within WD3 of the month.
• Ensure ROPL receipt (inter-company, payment channels & resellers) is updated as per bank statement and Paypal during the month.
• Advice COD and prepayment customers on collection status via email & RGDH.
• Daily/Monthly Razer Gold COD sales posting and clearing.
• Monthly reconciliation for selected ROPL payment channels.
• ROPL customer code review in RazerNow.
• Ensure B2B, Hybris & retail store receipt is updated as per bank statement daily
• Ensure relevant reports are sent on time monthly
• Ensure all month end bank interest are posted promptly
• Assist to update sales pricing when necessary.
• Prepare intercompany billing within Razer Group as per required
• Reconcile AP Tech support monthly
• Ensure Razer small entities audit schedule is prepared promptly
• Undertake any other jobs and duties may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Hand on, Meticulous, eye for detail and organized
• Possess strong communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Independent, self-motivated, pro-active and a team player
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
• With minimum 3 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Proficient in Excel
