Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Business Development Manager to lead the development and management of a Software product portfolio. The Product Business Development Manager will play a critical role to build up a strong and committed Business Partner community to focus & drive the Software solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative Software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Need to meet KPI set by the company for that financial year - To meet revenue target set by client & to meet profit margin goal set by the company

2. To build 15 committed FOCUS Business Partners on software solutions

3. To perform seeding & closure for all Enterprise, Commercial, GLC & Public Sector

4. To establish a strong, long-term business partner/client relationship

5. Must able to drive/execute the business strategies set by both management & principal successfully

6. Able to propose/suggest innovative ideas & solutions to meet market needs

7. Must able to handle business partner/client complaints & issues on a timely & effective manner

8. Must able to identify, approach & recruit new potential business partners/clients

9. Need to submit accurate weekly sales pipeline promptly

10. Need to perform quarter sales review & account planning with principal

11. To convince & influence business partner/client during requirement gathering to adopt our proposal.

12. Up-sell & cross-sell on our distributed products

13. Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement to business partners

Qualifications:

1. Education: At least Bachelor/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ IT

2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development environment

3. Good knowledge or Certification of any x86 products

4. Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.

7. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working with distributed teams and remote stakeholders is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
