A kitchen steward maintains an establishment's kitchen and surrounding areas, keeping them clean and sanitary. As a kitchen steward, you typically work in a commercial kitchen in a restaurant or hotel, reporting to a Kitchen Supervisor or Supervising Steward.
Scope :
· Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
· Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
· Plating , preparing and presenting meal items as per the Chef’s instructions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
