Job description
- Single point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for network, hardware and software based on customer needs.
- Provide answers to service, product, and technical inquiries for current and legacy products. • Offer proactive support to help reduce the occurrence of issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate effectively in both writing and speech.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Good communication in Japanese at least certified with JLPT Level 2/N2 or BJT J3 (advantage)
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution in technical environments over the phone and email in Japanese.
- Knowledge of network, computing hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with case management tools.
- Willingness to work on a staggered normal working schedule and in Petaling Jaya
