RESPONSIBILITY

Lead and coordinate for New Product Introduction (NPI) from initial stage of First Article (FA) to qualification of fabrication part.
Define and create project process routing and Bill of Material (BOM) for new product.
Design and implement jig and fixture for process control on new and existing projects.
Develop new welding processes parameters, test and evaluate the quality of weld.
Conducting research and development related to new welding techniques, materials and technologies and provide technical support where necessary.
Creating and maintaining accurate welding documentation and records.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in Sheet Metal manufacturing environment.
Have the knowledge on welding qualification documents WPS and PQR.
Basic knowledge in Solid Works to design jigs and fixtures for welding process.
Computer literate and possess good knowledge in SAP system.
Understand and able to interpret technical drawing and bill of materials.
Strongly analytical skill, highly proactive and committed with high sense of urgency.
Highly motivated, independent and teamwork oriented.
