Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic partner and primary contact for line managers and business leaders in Allianz Services Malaysia, ensuring alignment on recruitment, HR processes, tools, and fostering awareness of interdependencies.
- Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all organizational levels, including leadership roles. Continuously optimize sourcing channels, assessment methods, and candidate engagement practices.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Support performance and talent management cycles in collaboration with Centres of Expertise. Provide guidance on HR processes (rewards, performance, grading, development, etc.).
- Partnership & Compliance: Implement regional and global HR initiatives and collaborate with local, regional, and global HR teams. Maintain and administer HR documentation and data in coordination with HR Services.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and regulatory reports for local authorities and management. Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, invoicing, and payroll validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–7 years in HR (including HR business partner roles), preferably in a global organization. Familiarity with Malaysia labor law; experience with SuccessFactors and HRFlex preferred.
- Proficiency in recruitment, HRMS systems, emerging recruitment tools, and reporting.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and team management.
- Must possess an assertive and confident personality to effectively engage with internal stakeholders.
- Reports directly to the Head of People.
- Operates as an independent contributor, requiring the ability to work autonomously.
