Category Leader - Part Time

JOB SCOPE: • To ensure all shelves and display areas are free from dust and dirt marks as well as broken and spoil item. • To ensure that all the merchandise is properly displayed, organized and have correct shelf ticket pricing. • To ensure no expired merchandise is on display and must be removed if there is. Maintain a clean store and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner • To keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise • To ensure walkway always clean, dry and tidy without boxes blocking the way. • To perform any other duties assigned management. • To maintain customer satisfaction through superior service • Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products • Determine customers needs and wants and suggest and display these items • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures • Welcome and engage in conversation with customers, help them as needed
