Job Responsibilities: 1. Developing Social Media Content: Create engaging content (images, graphics, short videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote the company’s projects, services, and values. 2. Photography & Videography Assistance: Help capture project progress and final design outcomes for portfolio and social media content. 3. Content Scheduling & Posting: Plan and schedule content across social media platforms to ensure a consistent online presence. 4. Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms to build relationships with followers and potential clients. 5. Trend Monitoring: Keep up with digital marketing and social media trends, especially those related to the construction, architectural and interior design industry. 6. Assisting with Campaigns: Help in setting up and managing digital ad campaigns on platforms like Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads. 7. Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of paid campaigns, assisting with adjustments to improve return on investment. 8. Industry Research: Conduct research on construction, architectural and interior design trends, materials, and methods to support content creation and marketing campaigns. 9. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ digital marketing strategies, identify opportunities, and recommend new tactics for online engagement. 10. Working with Design & Project Teams: Coordinate with design and project management teams to gather project updates, insights, and material for content. 11. Reporting to Marketing Manager: Provide regular updates on digital marketing performance, with a focus on social media and online engagement metrics. Job Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing or Journalism or Advertising or Public Relations or Linguistic or any other related fields. 2. Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia 3. Good copywriting or editorial skills for social media platform. 4. Strong familiarity with planning and executing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads. 5. Ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing social media landscape and given scope of work as needed for the business.
