Open for Bachelor's Degree graduates and above ONLY. Job Scope: 1. Prepare template for weekly newsletter 2. Collect/curate content for weekly newsletter including featuring employee from Global Business 3. Create mechanism for weekly newsletter distribution 4. Operational execution of Comms activities (eg. set-up self-registration mechanisms on GSite for events) 5. Continuous improvement of GSite user experience (incl. introduction of new features, layout, etc.) 6. Automation of repetitive tasks 7. Lead the development, launch and maintenance of a dedicate GSite and/or HUB page for Global Business 8. Build on the draft created and: - create a lean yet complete site structure to make relevant information easily accessible - create and align site content - support go-lve of the site - lead the maintenance (adjustments, user feedback, expanding) of the site *Note: Development of the GSite does not require heavy computer programming This position will be virtually reporting to team in Airbus Defense and Space HQ in Munich, Germany Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications. IT, Web Design Spoken languages: English mandatory Flexible working time and location arrange, mostly Work from Home. If required to come to office, will be based at our Subang campus.
