Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Experience in conducting live cooking demonstrations or promoting kitchen appliances is an added advantage.
Knowledge of cooking techniques and familiarity with kitchen appliances is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage audiences effectively.
Ability to explain the features, functions, and benefits of kitchen appliances in a clear and engaging manner.
Basic culinary skills to perform live cooking demos.
Willing to work during weekends, public holidays, and promotional periods.
Flexibility to travel to different roadshow locations as required.
Able to stand for extended periods during demonstrations and events.
Energetic, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Possession of a valid driving license and transport for traveling to roadshow locations (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live cooking demonstrations using kitchen appliances to showcase their features and benefits to customers.
Prepare simple recipes or meals to highlight the efficiency, functionality, and versatility of the appliances.
Engage with the audience by sharing tips, tricks, and best practices for using the appliances.
Actively promote kitchen appliances to customers and explain their usage, advantages, and care instructions.
Assist in setting up the roadshow booth, including appliances, cookware, and demo materials.
Clean and maintain the booth and appliances after each demonstration.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
Keep track of daily sales, customer interactions, and feedback, and submit detailed reports to the manager.
Work closely with the roadshow team to ensure smooth operations.
Represent the brand professionally and maintain a positive image throughout the event.
