  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

The candidate will work closely with our ICT operational team (Front Office, Back Office, Security and Governance) to support end-users in the LAN environment with the use of existing and new technologies. Any IT related RFQ, procurement and endpoint inventory management may also part of the job scope for this position. 1. PC deployment using Airbus standard master image 2. Patch testing, validation and deployment. 3. 2nd level IT field service support to local and remote users with regards to desktop, laptop, software and IT peripheral for incidents and service requests. 4. 1st level IT field service support for endpoint facilities devices including printers, IP Phones, Video Conference system and projectors. 5. Provide IT technical support to users including installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting 6. Liaise with relevant vendors on purchase, repair and maintenance of computers and related IT peripherals 7. Maintain IT process documentation, knowledge based and user manual. 8. RFQ and procurement for IT related purchase. 9. Asset & Inventory update management 10. To pick up, resolve, update and close tickets in the IT ServiceNow System Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other equivalent degrees/experience. Spoken languages: English mandatory Will be based at Subang. Malaysia Citizen Maximum 30 years old at the point of application Priority will be given to Fresh Graduate who have yet to secure employment or worked in a lower qualification-level employment
