Open for Bachelor's Degree graduates and above ONLY. Job Scope: The candidate will provide IT related support for our business users mainly on-site. The candidate will work closely with our ICT operational team (Front Office, Back Office, Security and Governance) to support end-users in the Unified Communications environment with the use of existing and new technologies. Any IT related RFQ, procurement and endpoint inventory management may also part of the job scope for this position. 1. Work closely with Network and Unified Communications team, resolve the daily operation tickets 2. Perform standard configuration following change management and maintenance tasks as per Airbus Standard 3. Work closely with Network and Unified Communications team, resolve the daily operation tickets 4. Perform system configuration backups and restores to ensure system configuration recovery from error or outage 5. Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on Network and Unified Communication Devices 6. Monitor, test, and tune system performance based on Airbus requirements; preserve and provide system log files as needed 7. Create required reports in response to business user needs 8. Update the operation manual and keep it up to date 9. End users requests, daily requests and standard requests 10. Infrastructure extension and the acceptance of a new installation or extension 11. Manage asset data collection and keep it update to date (full asset management) 12. Manage end of life and end of support in an efficient way that maintain the same level of services and cover the same IP Telephony features 13. Unified Communication, including IM&P solution (UC client CUPC or Jabber) and softphone features 14. Support new site deployment with IPT and Jabber. Create dial peer in the CUCM 15. Providing first line support, testing of video equipment and health check 16. Support video conferencing including customer service, troubleshooting, testing, documentation and other related support duties as needed 17. Daily Operation for Cisco and Google video video conference devices and solution, including Install, Move, Add, Change Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other equivalent degrees/experience. Spoken languages: English mandatory Will be based at Subang. Malaysia Citizen Maximum 30 years old at the point of application Priority will be given to Fresh Graduate who have yet to secure employment or worked in a lower qualification-level employment
