  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Assist IT Administrator in System administration and troubleshooting of Windows and system.

  • Provide onsite technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving network faults and problems with network.
  • Provide IT helpdesk services and on-site support to end users.
  • Maintain and update documentation of all on-site IT service request, service/support rendered, software licensing, hardware inventory and other work processes.
  • Perform installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of client’s network infrastructure.
  • Manage and monitor network performance and perform regular preventive maintenance according to work scope.
  • Collaborate with architects and software engineers inside and outside the department to find cost-effective and quality solutions to business needs, demonstrating a cooperative and positive spirit.
  • Provide input to development effort estimates to ensure team has what it needs to be successful for future releases.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Network Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of working experience with strong hands-on management of LAN/WAN networks using Windows Server 2003/2008,linux platform, Cisco routers, switches, firewall, IP phones etc.
  • Good understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP and VOIP with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues that involve firewalls, network, and applications.
  • Ability to prioritize and is self motivated. A team player while able to work with minimum supervision and take on full responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Customer oriented, courteous, neat appearance and good presentation, with effective oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
