1) Reports to Line / Production Manager on matters pertaining to production. 2) Responsible for smooth day-to-day running of production with the objectives of achieving optimum productivity. 3) Responsible for enforcing and ensuring complete GMP compliance and ISO 22000 Food Safety System in the production floor. 4) Ensuring the Production schedule is being followed. 5) Work together with QA Executive in implementation of the quality management and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System. 6) Ensuring the delivery of sufficient supply of Finished Goods to store. 7) Ensuring sufficient stock of materials for planned productions. 8) Responsible for the activities of In-process Quality Control 9) Responsible for trouble-shooting, investigation and rectifying of production related problems 10) To set and operate all machines in production area. 11) Responsible for written documentation of all activities associated with the manufacturing, cleaning, status labeling, maintenance, etc. 12) Ensure that there are no deviation from SOP for cleaning and operation of machinery and no deviation from BMR specification unless and until authorized by QA Executive. 13) Performs other duties as requested by the Assistant Production Manager, Operation Director and Managing Director.
