- Prepare and update the annual budget. - Prepare monthly budget reports. - Manage and control company allocations. - Maintain records and prepare expense reports. - Manage, maintain, every payment made. - Managing the security of the financial safe. - Manage and handling in cash and cheque. - Keep and filing the PNC documents. - Coordinate credit card and sales collection daily. - Process monthly payroll accurately and timely including make payment for statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO,EIS,HRDF,ZAKAT) - Perform tasks assigned by Management. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. - Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
