The Jr. Product Regulatory Affairs will manage the regulatory processes for nutraceutical and cosmeceutical products to ensure compliance with local and international standards. Responsibilities: - Maintain, organize, and ensure timely updates and accessibility of critical compliance documents associated with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). - Assist in Registration & Compliance Support in preparation, submission, and management of product registration documents. - Obtain and maintain approvals for new product launches. - Engage with regulatory consultants and authorities for efficient product registration and ensure all registration documents comply with applicable regulations. - Prepare, submit, and oversee notification, registration, and authorization dossiers. - Specify requirements for product labelling, storage, and packaging to meet regulatory standards. - Provide essential documentation and support to ensure adherence to GDP/GMP standards during audits. - Oversee and collaborate with warehouse team ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - Perform ad-hoc responsibilities assigned, adaptable to changing business needs and operational demands. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, or Life Science. - Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with exceptional negotiation skills. - Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. - Highly self-motivated with a proactive, positive mindset. - Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity. - Familiarity with GMP, ISO, Halal, and HACCP standards. - Open to fresh graduates eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical environment.
