Roles and Responsibilities:
  • At least 5 years of work experience in OneEmpower product testing
  • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation
  • JIRA/Confluence/DevOps TFS experience
  • Knowledge of all SDLC Processes, Release management processes.
  • Team management
  • Liaising with stakeholders

Skills /Competencies:
  • Essential Skills:
    • OneEmpower testing experience
    • Scrum Master (Project/Product Management)
    • Agile Framework
    • JIRA/Confluence experience
    • Excellent customer interfacing skills and team management
  • Additional Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
