Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential sales prospects, setting appointments, and supporting effective qualifying sales calls.
  • Assist in negotiating commercial terms and preparing sales agreements under supervision.
  • Support the exploration of potential and untapped markets in Malaysia.
  • Work with a special team targeting niche markets.
  • Help educate potential clients about the Company’s services and solutions, creating a need for adoption.
  • Provide support in managing client inquiries, meeting requirements, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
  • Assist in resolving issues or questions raised by clients promptly, under guidance.
  • Work towards achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets with supervision.
  • Learn to converse in technical terms with merchants and external parties.
  • Contribute to expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously offering solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any equivalent qualification are encouraged to apply.
  • Passionate about sales, fintech, and eager to learn.
  • Good understanding of IT software and hardware is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, results-oriented, and an analytical individual.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer-handling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other languages are an advantage.
  • Able to communicate and support presentations at all levels of management.
  • Must possess own transport with a valid driving license and be willing to travel when needed.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
