Job Description:
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and deferred tax calculations.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide solutions and recommendations.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients.
- Maintain accurate tax records and documentation for all transactions.
- Liaise with tax authorities and handle tax audits and inquiries.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and communicate these changes to the relevant parties.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Provide support in transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or relevant tax certification is an advantage.
- 2-4 years of relevant tax experience.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with tax preparation and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferable Mandarin speaker as need to handling Mandarin speaker clients.
Salary Range:
- MYR 3,500 - MYR 6,000 per month
Working Hours:
- 5 working days per week, 8 hours per day (flexible clock-in time)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
