DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage factory and office operations, including maintenance of office facilities supplies .
2. Provide general administrative support to the management team, including drafting and formatting documents, preparing reports and scheduling meetings and appointments;
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including foreign employees files and other important documents and ensure that all records are stored in proper;
4. Manage the organization’s budget, including tracking expenses, preparing reports, and making recommendations for cost savings;
5. Administer the processing of work-related passes (arranging fomema, work permit renewal and opening account) for foreign workers;
6. Purchase all the stationery’s, printing documents, any other office facilities;
7. Manage and coordinate overall HR functions among the branches;
8. Leave Management (medical claim and hospitalize claim);
9. Coordinate payroll supporting documents (medical claim panel/non panel, driver’s trip allowance, deduction & others;
10.Ad-hoc task as required by company business;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (Required)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (Required)
