Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: Up to RM9,000 (Basic) + RM1,600 (Allowance)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to collaborate with the Sales Manager and Commercial team in driving sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and promoting product awareness. This role focuses on local e-commerce and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies in alignment with management.
• Identify, evaluate, and drive new business opportunities.
• Conduct economic assessments to ensure project feasibility.
• Recommend business plans and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance) to ensure project alignment.

Key Stakeholders:

• Internal: Sales, Customer Service, Documentation, Logistics, Finance
• External: Customers, Vendors

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the shipping or logistics industry.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven and customer-oriented.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
