  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

- Perform a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair work of general building and grounds at various facilities/sites including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks.

- Conduct corrective service and repair/restoration works where and when necessary.

-Schedule and oversee regular inspections and contract servicing to ensure the working conditions of all equipment.

- Perform other duties from the norm as requested by Immediate Superior.

- Highlight on any other matters that needs future upgrading work.

- Wash aircond filter monthly

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Has working experience in the Maintenance Department is required, preferably in the Hotel/Homestay Industry.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • With skills in plumbing, air-cond servicing and trouble shooting, wiring & electrical, basic carpentry is an advantage.
  • Able to carry out multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Applicants must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Posses own transport (motor/car) will be considered first

Working Hour: 6 days a week , Off day on weekday

Public Holiday Entitle Off Day But need to work, you will get double pay/replace off day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Expected Start Date: 12/18/2024
