Project Manager (1 Year Retainer)

FarmByte Sdn Bhd, a leading technological agrobusiness solution company, is expanding its digital capacity and actively looking for talents that could serve on a freelance basis for 1 year, in assisting to complete some of its major projects. The Job Description for the prospect Project Manager are as below;

• Plan, execute, and oversee Digital Modernization projects, including WMS, POS, AI, IoT, and connectivity solutions.
• Manage Data & Innovation projects focused on leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and data-driven insights to enhance farming operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define deliverables, and establish project goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
• Ensure integration and compatibility of new digital solutions with existing systems and workflows.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
