  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up spray equipment and tools for coating plastic injection molded parts.
  • Apply coatings, paints, and finishes to plastic parts using appropriate spraying techniques to meet production and quality standards.
  • Inspect parts before and after spraying to ensure proper coverage and uniformity.
  • Monitor spray booth conditions, including temperature, humidity, and air pressure, to ensure optimal spraying conditions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of spray equipment and work area, ensuring proper ventilation and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with spray equipment or coating application.
  • Assist with inventory control by tracking the use of spray materials and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spraying equipment and machinery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sprayer in a manufacturing or plastic injection molding environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of spray painting techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Experience with plastic injection molding and coating processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
