PersonalTrainer (Fitness Coach)- Puchong, Sri Petaling
Role Overview: The Personal Trainer’s task is to build a positive personal training experience for customers and assisting clients to reach their fitness goal.
Responsibilities:
- - Selling training packages by assessing clients' needs, highlighting the value of the services, and offering tailored solutions to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
- - Design workout routines and teach proper exercise techniques that align with the client’s goals, fitness level, and preferences, also safely and effectively.
- - Offer basic nutritional advice and provide a meal plan for every client.
- - Adjust intensity, duration, and type of exercise based on client feedback and improvements.
- - Schedule training sessions and records of client progress, attendance, and payments etc.
- -Build a sustainable Personal Training client base by continually adding new clients and maintaining an existing client base
- -Promote fitness events, classes and promotions via social media or other means.

- Requirements:
- - Background in fitness instructor / personal trainer / sport science field
- * Personal Training experience preferred but not required
- * Customer orientation & ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
- * Excellent communication skills
- * Can align to company vision and culture
