  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Full job description

A management trainee works under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations. Our goal is to ensure the trainees acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers, often in particular fields, such as marketing positions.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
  • Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
  • Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies
  • Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Organizing and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma and above in related discipline
  • Must be fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing spectrums
  • Knowledge on BI tools
  • Leadership skills and driven to be part of management within one (1) timeframe

  • This is a management trainee program with one (1) year contractual.
  • Good opportunities to someone who like to accelerate their career progression and be part of management in one year timeframe.
  • Opportunity to become Assistant Manager after completion of 1 year contract
