- Collaborate with the web development team to fix any technical issues, improve site speed, and optimize the customer journey.
- Monitor customer queries or complaints and work with customer service teams to resolve them promptly.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in product listings or website design.
4. Sales Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan, implement, and track online sales campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute email marketing, social media promotions, and digital ads.
- Monitor and optimize online ad spend to improve ROI.
- Use pricing strategies, discounts, and bundling to drive sales and increase average order value.
5. SEO & Digital Marketing
- Optimize product listings for SEO, focusing on keywords, meta descriptions, and other on-page elements to improve search rankings.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to drive traffic through paid search, social media, and email marketing.
- Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to refine digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitors’ e-commerce strategies and identify opportunities to improve the company’s online presence.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, sales volume, and customer retention.
- Use Google Analytics, e-commerce platform analytics, and other tools to monitor website performance and sales trends.
- Generate reports to analyze the effectiveness of sales campaigns and marketing efforts.
- Provide actionable insights based on analytics to improve site performance and sales.
7. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between e-commerce operations and broader business goals.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure all customer queries related to online orders are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assist with product photography or content creation if needed for promotional purposes.
