JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Proven bookkeeping experience.
2. Able to do fullset accounting management.
3. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable / receivable principles.
4. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
5. Data entry skills and high attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in English /Experience in Autocount accounting software essential.
7. Filling of documents & assist in monthly closing of accounts;
8. Prepare payment list;
9. Assist in audit & and other 3rd party related agencies
10. Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related field;
- Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Experience handling & closing multiple of accounts in Malaysia & Singapore
Working hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am- 5pm
Saturday: 8am-1pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
