Gear Inc. is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Regional Recruiting Manager to join our team. In this role, an ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment and hiring processes across multiple locations within a designated region. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities

  • Manage the hiring process ensuring that staffing requirements are satisfied in the most timely and cost effective manner;
  • Assess current recruitment strategies and the organization’s staffing needs and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to attract and hire qualified candidates across multiple locations within the region;
  • Providing recruitment measurement analysis and reporting it to the manager.
  • Provide guidance, training, and recommendations to recruitment teams across the region in all aspects of recruitment;
  • Execute all aspects of the recruitment strategy including efficient infrastructure, hiring manager engagement, diversity sourcing and branding;
  • Train recruitment teams locally and virtually on interview skills and recruitment techniques;
  • Establish accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system;
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support recruitment efforts;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement innovative strategies to streamline the hiring process.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience as a Recruiting Manager or in a similar leadership role, ideally in a regional capacity (such as APAC, Europe and/or America);
  • Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting techniques and industry best practices;
  • Strong ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to drive informed hiring decisions;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant recruitment tools;
  • Skilled in negotiation and influencing, with a strong ability to drive outcomes;
  • Strategic thinker with the capacity to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies;
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in overseeing recruitment operations for a large organization or across multiple locations;
  • Experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Manager Level at least 10 years.
  • Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Google suite.
