Stock/Inventory Management:
- Inventory Control:
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure they meet company requirements.
- Receive and verify incoming stock deliveries and ensure they match purchase orders.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Track stock movement, and ensure stock is stored properly to avoid damage or loss.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Organize and label products or items for easy access and identification.
- Stock Replenishment:
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to reorder stock when necessary.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to forecast inventory needs.
- Prepare and maintain stock orders, including creating purchase requisitions.
- Returns & Damaged Goods:
- Process stock returns and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation.
- Identify damaged goods and coordinate with suppliers or internal departments for replacements.
- Stock Reports:
- Generate regular stock reports (e.g., stock levels, stock movements, reorder reports) for management review.
- Monitor trends in stock turnover and report slow-moving items or excess inventory.
Administrative Support:
- General Office Administration:
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and reorder when necessary to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in managing office appointments, meetings, and calendar scheduling.
- Prepare and file documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
- Perform data entry, maintaining organized and accurate files (both physical and digital).
- Documentation:
- Ensure all stock-related documentation (purchase orders, delivery receipts, stock movement logs) is accurate and properly filed.
- Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
- Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating deliveries and managing logistics related to stock movement.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and the internal team for stock procurement and delivery schedules.
- Compliance:
- Ensure that stock handling and storage meet company and legal safety standards.
- Adhere to office policies and procedures for administrative tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,498.70 per month
