  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you'll do?

  • Support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company.
  • Coordinate design and planning activities in consultation with professionals/specialists to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including negotiations with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and provide recommendations to the Manager.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary tasks within a project or outsourced assignments, including project planning, budgeting, and related activities.
  • Work closely with the Manager and Division Manager to understand and contribute to functional development requirements within a project.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as similar function in property development.
  • Diploma/ Bachelor degree of Real Estate Management, Finance, Marketing or related discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
