Responsibles:
- Assist customers in resolving inquiries through various channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, tickets, and live chat).
- Monitor shipments for timely delivery.
- Communicate with internal and external parties about customer deliveries.
- Collaborate with the customer relationship team for personalized responses, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement.
- Ensure smooth communication with customers by working with different teams.
- Guide new customers through product and service training.
- Stay connected with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
- Manage customer accounts by promptly addressing issues and staying updated on service updates.
- Retain customers and explore upsell opportunities through alternative business solutions.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in Logistic/Supplier Chain or any related field.
- Fresh graduate or with min 1 year of working experience in the same field are welcome to apply (Logistics / Supply Chain/ Transportation/Customer Service/Customer Success/ Sales/ Tele-sales).
- Can read and write in Mandarin and English are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all level.
- Strong data analytical skills and ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools / Google Sheets /other applications

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
